In a nutshell

When adding products to the online shop, customers needed to fill in an Excel sheet. This was sent to customer care who imported the products into the online shop. More often than not this was done incorrectly, meaning customer care had to fix the missing data or incorrect fields and contact the customer. Onboarding a customer this way took way more time. After some interviews, mapping the process, and knowing the issues, I created a proof of concept that made it possible for the customer to import multiple products fast.
